A partir del año 2011, y respondiendo a las informaciones insumadas en la Tercera Convención de Cultura, realizada con organizaciones comunitarias, el Centro Cultural Municipal transportó los talleres artísticos más exitosos de sus diferentes temporadas a los diferentes sectores del Ovalle urbano, haciendo uso de espacios como establecimientos educacionales, sedes sociales y clubes deportivos. Este ha sido un esfuerzo por llevar mucho más allá el proyecto de capacitación cultural y formación de audiencias, con verdaderos centros culturales comunitarios, desarrollándose para y por las bases demográficas de nuestra comunidad. Con esto se ha garantizado el acceso a las artes y la cultura por parte de personas que por razones geográficas, económicas o sociales, no pueden ser parte de las actividades del Centro Cultural municipal.

Padova Vintage Festival 2011
Nel cuore della città, in uno storico palazzo del ’500, avrà luogo la seconda edizione del Padova Vintage Festival. Un Vintage moderno, trasversale tra cinema, moda, design e musica, sarà il fil rouge anche dei numerosi workshop: circa 20 appuntamenti in cui personalità di rilievo e alcuni tra i massimi esperti del settore si avvicineranno al pubblico. L’agorà centrale ospiterà la mostra mercato con selezionati espositori nazionali e internazionali, che condivideranno i loro ricercati archivi, accompagnati da sfilate ed esibizioni. Gli scavi romani dell’auditorium saranno la cornice della rassegna cinematografica internazionale curata dal film festival di Barcellona ,di importanti incontri con gli autori e dell’ l’Urban Breakfast, uno show delle migliori scuole di ballo old-school, hip-hop, breakdance della regione. Performance live, dj set e party saranno irrinunciabili appuntamenti di fine giornata nella sessione serale notturna del dopo-festival.
